The quality of Customer Service is essential whatever the size, nationality or sector of activity of our partners.
In order to ensure this quality of service we have developed a 7 points Customer Service Charter which is unique within the industry :

Customer service charter
LISTEN. We will listen carefully to the needs of our customers, including all of the technical, marketing and financial aspects of the project.
INTERNATIONALIZE. At each stage in the process, all the formulae are "thought out" in international terms so that they can be incorporated by our customers in their multi-market products: formulation, production and delivery moreover can be carried out in France, the USA or in Asia according to our customers constraints.
PROPOSE. Each "brief" will be dealt with and assessed within 48 hours by a muiltidisciplinary team in France or in the USA and will give rise to one or more proposals to our customers within no more than 2 weeks.
ASSIST. Real-time commercial and technical assistance will be provided by our worldwide management and sales teams:
- European-Asian Management: Europe, Middle-East, Asia, Africa.
- American Management: USA, Canada, Mexico, Latin America.
CONTROL. An extremely strict Quality Control has been implemented ensuring 100% quality for our formulae in all our production sites.
ESTIMATE. Our very competitive prices, which result from the flexible structure of the company, enable our customers to improve their margins in their value analysis process.
SHIP. Prompt and cost effective delivery.
Production, control and quality
The manufacture of perfumes is carried out at our factories in Noyant (France) and Edison (New Jersey) as well as in some Asian subsidiaries of the PROTEX INTERNATIONAL Group, in accordance with the strategy and logistical needs of our customers. For reasons of security, formulae may be produced in different factories within the group.
Each batch of natural or synthetic raw materials is systematically checked in accordance with a strict procedure comprising:
- Detailed Chromatographic analysis
- Refraction index
- Density test
- Visual check
- Olfactory test.
Each batch of finished product - or intermediate product is checked in accordance with the same criteria and accompanied by the corresponding Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
J & E SOZIO S.A. has been certified ISO 9002 since 1996, and is a Member of the American RIFM and all formulae proposed comply with IFRA standards.
